Abstract

В данной статье авторами определены концептуальные условия повышения эффективности функционирования нефтегазового комплекса, связанные с образования Таможенного союза и с присоединением России к ВТО. Обосновывается необходимость разработки нового подхода к пониманию стратегических основ функционирования и инновационного развития нефтегазового комплекса в условиях реализации Стратегии инновационного развития России (Стратегия 2020), а также образования Таможенного союза и вступления России в 2012 г. во Всемирную торговую организацию (ВТО). Также авторами обоснована необходимость разработки инновационной стратегии развития нефтегазового сектора с учетом новых требований стратегии «Инновационная Россия 2020».
