Мотивация Хозяйственной Деятельности С Позиции Экономической Теории

Abstract

На основе экономико-институционального анализа экономической деятельности и теории интринсивной мотивации предлагается общая схема мотивации экономической деятельности индивида, установлены основные экономические и психологические факторы ее формирования. В соответствии с предложенной схемой проанализированы основные определения мотивации экономической деятельности, позиционирующие данный конструкт в экономической теории. Установлено воздействие психологических характеристик индивида (самооценки и уровня притязаний) на эффективность экономической деятельности. Детализировано представление мотивации экономической деятельности как средства преодоления неопределенности внешней среды.
