Рынок Деривативов: Мировые Тренды И Перспективы Развития

Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы развития мирового рынка деривативов, который за последние посткризисные годы увеличил объем своего оборота до катастрофически огромных параметров, значительно превышающих мировой ВВП. Это ставит под сомнение надежность мировой финансовой системы, так как подавляющее большинство этих финансовых инструментов обращается на внебиржевом рынке и поэтому не подлежит какому-либо регулированию или контролю. Решение этих проблем связано, по мнению автора, с созданием единой стандартизированной системы биржевого оборота всех видов производных финансовых инструментов, что должно привести в соответствие объем выпускаемых деривативов и реальных базисных активов, лежащих в их основе.
