Abstract

Основная цель статьи выявить причины и особенности возникновения двух разнонаправленных бюджетных потоков, возникающих в результате взаимоотношений между таможенными органами и участниками внешнеэкономической деятельности (ВЭД). Автор показывает специфику формирования бюджетных потоков от внешнеэкономической деятельности, структурирует их, а также раскрывает особенности их управления и предлагает свое видение в построении механизма формирования, управления и администрирования бюджетных потоков.
