Долговой Кризис: Особенности 2012 Года

Abstract

На сегодняшний день уровень заимствований многих стран приблизился к критическому, что вызвано и усугублено влиянием экономического кризиса 2008—2009 гг. и стало триггером для так называемой второй волны кризиса. Ключевой же особенностью этого нового кризиса является то, что основными проблемными странами-заемщиками являются развитые страны, такие как США, государства ЕС, Япония и др. Закономерно предположить, что в случае объявления дефолта по государственным облигациям крупнейшими экономиками мира (даже частичного) будет спровоцирован еще более глубокий спад в мировой экономике, который может привести к затяжной рецессии и повторению Великой депрессии 30-х гг. прошлого века. Подобный ход развития событий может в корне изменить расстановку сил, как на экономической карте мира, так и на политической арене.
