Информатизация Как Инновационный Фактор Регионального Развития Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье рассматривается информатизация как экономическая категория. Вводятся новые экономические категории, такие как информационный запас, информационный резерв, которые вместе с информационными ресурсами составляют информационный цикл. Предложена концептуальная модель системы региональной информатизации, состоящая из трех основных подсистем: информационная потребность, информационный потенциал, инфраструктура. Обосновывается значение информационных технологий как инновационного фактора для устойчивого развития экономики на региональном уровне.
