Abstract

Статья раскрывает экономическое содержание государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) и его роль в обеспечении конкурентоспособности государства на международной арене. Автор приводит распространенные формы ГЧП, методы и инструменты финансирования ГЧП-проектов. Рассматриваются ключевые факторы, сдерживающие развитие механизма государственно-частного партнерства в России на современном этапе. В материале обозначаются ключевые направления модернизации среды государственно-частного партнерства, проработка которых позволит с использованием современных финансовых инструментов привлечь новые источники капитала в российские ГЧП-проекты.
