La menace de la crise economique dans les pays Mena. Le cas de l’Algerie

Abstract

Угроза кризиса в странах Среднего Востока и Северной Африки появилась вследствие деформации структуры экономического и социального воспроизводства. Эта деформация проявляется, с одной стороны, в сложности реализации управленческих функций, а с другой стороны, в проблеме эффективного использования имеющегося человеческого и материального капитала. В Алжире на настоящий момент отсутствует положительная динамика экономического роста. Кроме того, несмотря на значительные ресурсы, страна в значительной степени зависит от событий на мировой арене, в частности, от мирового кризиса 2008—2010 гг. В этой статье авторы пытаются выявить основные причины кризисов в Алжире с момента получения страной независимости и определить возможности противостояния ему.
