Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы создания электронного правительства в РФ, анализируется мировой опыт и этапы (информационный, интерактивный, транзакционный, информационное общество) перехода стран различных социально-экономических типов к информационному правительству. Приведены успешные примеры функционирования электронного правительства в регионах и намечены перспективы.
