Риски Изменения Климата И Возможные Меры По Снижению Экономических Ущербов

Abstract

Экономическая эффективность метода изменения погодных условий и создания искусственных осадков во время экстремальных погодных явлений явно недооценена. Направление искусственных дождей в водосборы дамб может во время засух решить проблему водоснабжения городов. Направление искусственных дождей в сельскохозяйственные районы эффективно для минимизации последствий засух. Эффективность применения метода изменения погодных условий в Малайзии во время экстремальной засухи (14 июня — 23 июля 1998 г.) составила более 2 раз. Воздействие искусственных осадков на лесные пожары позволило уменьшить число очагов пожаров в 5,2 раза за два дня. Наиболее эффективной тактикой для сокращения числа лесных пожаров является уменьшение индекса пожарной опасности путем увеличения объемов искусственных осадков в заданном районе. Изменение погодных условий может быть применено для снижения концентрации смога и гари от пожаров, а также для проветривания обширных пространств.
