Особенности Функционирования Вторичного Ипотечного Рынка Сша

Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность и определяется структура вторичного ипотечного рынка США. Исследуются механизмы финансирования и институты развития вторичного ипотечного рынка США. Раскрываются особенности функционирования и виды ипотечных ценных бумаг, выпускаемых в США. Выявляются и систематизируются преимущества функционирования полноценного вторичного ипотечного рынка. Определяются факторы, способствовавшие столь масштабному росту первичного и вторичного рынков ипотечного кредитования в США. Анализируются количественные и качественные показатели функционирования вторичного ипотечного рынка США. Определяется роль государства в развитии вторичного ипотечного рынка США на современном этапе. Определены достоинства и недостатки ипотечных ценных бумаг, выявлены факторы, способствующие возврату частных инвесторов на вторичный ипотечный рынок США.
