Abstract

Международный финансовый кризис способствовал ухудшению социально-экономического положения стран Магриба: росту безработицы и уровня бедности, повышению социального расслоения в обществе. Эта ситуация вкупе с политическими репрессиями привела к многочисленным народным волнениям в этих странах. Освободительное движение в странах Среднего Востока и Северной Африки имеет целью внедрение новой экономико-социополитической системы, способной гарантировать гражданские свободы и повысить качество управления странами. Авторы считают, что качественное управление может являться источником социально-экономического благополучия в странах Магриба.
