Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные подходы к пониманию глобального образовательного пространства и места ведущих государств мира в реализации межгосударственного образовательного обмена, в том числе в условиях развития Болонского процесса. Среди основных факторов, которыми руководствуются иностранные студенты, выбирая для себя университет обучения, автор выделяет язык обучения, авторитет страны, репутацию вузов, стоимость обучения и проживания, сопоставимость квалификационных требований. На основе проведенного анализа автор определяет основные естественные сложности позиционирования России в глобальном образовательном пространстве и предлагает перспективные направления привлечения иностранных студентов в Россию.
