Abstract

На примере регионов Сибирского федерального округа дается характеристика интеллектуализации современной экономики. Конкретизируется содержание смены тренда от экономики знаний к инновациям в нефтегазовом секторе экономики. Раскрываются инструменты финансирования инновационной деятельности в контексте Стратегии социально-экономического развития Сибири до 2020 г.
