Модели Развития Сельского Хозяйства: Сценарии Для Европы И России

Abstract

Сопоставляются модели развития сельского хозяйства России и европейских стран (на примере Франции). В контексте межстрановой компаративистики рассмотрены земельно-ресурсная проблема, экономико-организационные и социальные аспекты аграрного развития. Перспективы аграрного сектора России связываются с выбором оптимальных моделей его развития с учетом специфики различных регионов. При оптимизации размещения основных отраслей земледелия предлагается учесть опыт ЕС, где основным содержанием субсидирования отсталых сельских регионов является решение социальных проблем сельской местности.
