Abstract

В статье исследуется понятие «инфраструктура» в свете различных теоретических подходов, определяется ее содержание, функции и классификационные признаки с целью определения места инфраструктуры в теории и практической деятельности. Предлагается рассматривать инфраструктуру в двух аспектах: как экономическую категорию и как экономическую систему, что позволит структурировать существующие дефиниции инфраструктуры и обосновать требования к разработке механизма функционирования инфраструктуры. Приведены особенности инфраструктуры с учетом особенностей строительства как вида экономической деятельности, что позволяет вывести авторское понятие инфраструктуры в качестве экономической системы и экономической категории.
