Регионы Сибирского Федерального Округа: Оценка Инновационного Потенциала И Перспективы Социально-Экономического Развития

Abstract

Исследуется состояние и уровень развития инновационного потенциала Сибирского федерального округа в разрезе двенадцати регионов Западной и Восточной Сибири. Выделены кластеры регионов по видам экономической деятельности и уровню инновационной активности. На основе кластеризации определен рейтинг каждого региона. Автор приходит к выводу, что инновационную активность следует рассматривать как значимый фактор инвестиционной привлекательности региона. Обоснована возможность применения алгоритмов распределения регионов по кластерам в целях содержательного описания различий между ними и выработки на этой основе оптимальных управленческих решений. Выводы имеют практическое значение для развития экономики регионов России по инновационному типу.
