Роль Финансово-Промышленных Групп В Процессе Интеграции Банковского И Промышленного Капитала

Abstract

Наиболее значимой организационной формой интеграции банковской системы и реального сектора экономики является формирование финансово-промышленных групп. ФПГ представляют собой важнейший элемент организационной структуры экономики развитых стран. В России наиболее вероятным и реально возможным направлением использования банковского капитала в производственном секторе является его участие в капитале промышленных компаний через финансово-промышленные группы. В целом, ФПГ повышают не только эффективность макроэкономического регулирования производства, но и общую устойчивость экономической системы к кризисам и колебаниям экономической конъюнктуры.
