Региональная Экономическая Безопасность: Сущность Понятия И Границы Применения

Abstract

В статье поставлен вопрос о применении термина «региональная экономическая безопасность». Дается аналитический обзор определения понятия «регион» в нормативном правовом пространстве Российской Федерации и в научно-исследовательских работах. Уточнены объекты и уровни экономической безопасности. Обосновано включение в многоуровневую структуру экономической безопасности страны мезоуровня, соответствующего совокупности экономических систем субъектов Российской Федерации. Под региональной экономической безопасностью предлагается рассматривать два уровня: уровень экономической безопасности субъекта Федерации и мезоуровень экономической безопасности.
