Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы кластерообразования и кластерной политики в старопромышленном регионе на примере формирования кластера «Титановая долина» (Урал). Кластер «Титановая долина» является успешным региональным промышленным кластером. Сформулирован вывод о том, что кластерная политика является комплексом мероприятий, который может способствовать повышению конкурентоспособности российской экономики через повышение инновационности различных отраслей экономики, стимулирование инициативы на местах, активизацию взаимодействия между государством, бизнесом и наукой. Кластеры в России могут стать важным инструментом пространственного развития отдельных районов.
