Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы повышения эффективности процессов и процедур интеграции российских компаний в мировую экономику с учетом тенденций мирохозяйственного развития. Сформулированы задачи формирования сетецентрического механизма управления российскими компаниями и их зарубежными структурами на основе конвергентной управленческой инфраструктуры. Структурированы этапы повышения эффективности процессов и процедур интеграции российских компаний в мировую экономику на основе организационно-информационной конвергенции.
