Abstract

Консолидация банковского и промышленного капитала является характерным явлением для всей мировой экономики. В числе факторов, стимулирующих этот процесс, западные аналитики называют снижение рисков в результате диверсификации активов, экономию от роста масштабов, снижения издержек и устранения избыточных активов, повышение эффективности управления, возможность повышения цен в результате монополизации и ряд других. Интенсивность и формы банковских слияний и поглощений в тот или иной период зависят от состояния экономики страны.
