Abstract

Современный экономический кризис существенно снизил финансовые возможности большинства регионов Российской Федерации. В этих условиях для разработки региональной экономической политики и повышения эффективности ее реализации особое внимание должно быть уделено анализу процессов формирования и оценки финансового потенциала региона, раскрывающего финансовые ресурсы субъектов экономики, факторы и условия их вовлечения, а также риски и угрозы, возникающие в процессе использования. В статье раскрывается сущность дефиниции понятия«финансовый потенциал», определяются его основные элементы и аспекты управления.
