Управление Отклонениями В Проектно-Ориентированной Компании

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме управлению отклонениями в проектах. Раскрывается сущность термина «отклонения», под которыми понимается несовпадение фактических и плановых показателей и причины этих несовпадений, а также методы и технологии (exceptions management), позволяющие справляться с такими ситуациями в проекте с минимальными потерями. Показано, что управление отклонениями это не только управление рисками, но и качественное управление проблемами и изменениями. Раскрыта приоритетность решения проблем на основе матрицы приоритетов, приведены классификация изменений с точки зрения тяжести последствий, основные стратегии управления изменениями, а также методы эффективного управления проектными отклонениями.
