Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы оценки и тенденции повышения устойчивости банковского сектора РФ, которая в связи с несбалансированностью институциональной структуры и основных элементов банковской деятельности в сильной мере подвержена воздействию кризисных явлений. Трансформация банковской деятельности в сторону повышения эффективности взаимодействия с реальным сектором основывается на оптимизации структуры размещения кредитных ресурсов по основным заемщикам, т.е. необходимы структурные сдвиги в системе внутреннего кредитования. Для полного и качественного удовлетворения требованиям Базеля-3 необходимы серьезные качественные преобразования структуры капитала и активов, развитие финансовой инфраструктуры, механизмов и инструментов, которые помогут занять банковской системе значимое место обеспечении экономического роста.
