Особенности Учета Кросскультурного Аспекта В Инновационном Стратегическом Менеджменте Организации

Abstract

Исследуются роли кросскультурных особенностей организации в формировании ее инновационной стратегии. Предложена теоретическая модель функционирования компании. Анализ условий возникновения необходимости учета кросскультурного аспекта в теориях стратегического менеджмента реализован на основе эволюции его развития и практического опыта. Произведена оценка текущей позиции и проблем кросскультурного характера в сфере инноваций и в высокотехнологичных отраслях зарубежом. Приведена разработанная автором методика привлечения иностранных специалистов в сфере нанотехнологий, ключевым звеном которой является этап адаптации сотрудника на новом рабочем месте.
