Эволюция Приоритетов Внешнеэкономической Политики России (2000-2010 Гг. )

Abstract

Дан анализ приоритетов внешнеэкономической политики России в период с 2000 по 2010 гг. Исследование проводилось на основе изучения Концепции внешней политики Российской Федерации 2000 и 2008 гг., комплексных программ социально-экономического развития на среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу за исследуемый период. Роль и значение внешнеэкономической политики усиливаются. Эволюционируют и ее цели, становясь более амбициозными. Это обусловлено в частности освобождением России от долговой зависимости от МВФ и возможностью самостоятельно определять приоритеты своей экономической политики. Укрепляется идея необходимости формирования целостной системы поддержки экспорта; усиливаются протекционистские тенденции во внешнеэкономической политике в целом, что во многом продиктовано целью модернизации экономики.
