Abstract

Исследуются проблемы организации госзакупок в здравоохранении. Невозможность точного расчета потребности населения в нужных медикаментах, нечеткость в управлении закупками и поставкой лекарственных средств, а также отсутствие полной информации о наличии лекарственных средств на аптечных складах все эти проблемы осложняют систему обеспечения населения фармацевтическими препаратами.
