Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям современного финансово-экономического кризиса, его существенным отличиям от традиционных циклических кризисов перепроизводства. В работе отражен процесс втягивания ряда развивающихся и в первую очередь нефтедобывающих стран Персидского Залива в данный кризис. Значительное место в статье занимает оценка опыта и мер по выходу из Великой депрессии в рамках Нового курса Ф.Д. Рузвельта, его эффективности и применимости к современным условиям России.
