Abstract

Роль страны в международных экономических отношениях на современном этапе определяется научно-техническим потенциалом. Экономика России пока является невосприимчивой к научно-техническим достижениям. Перед Россией стоит задача радикального изменения подхода к определению приоритетов государственной научно-технической политики и стратегии международных научно-технических связей Данная статья посвящена подробному анализу проблем, связанных с научно-технологической безопасностью России.
