Особенности Региональной Промышленной Политики

Abstract

Одним из инструментов экономической политики государства на современном этапе является промышленная политика. В последние несколько лет значительное внимание уделяется трансформации ее регионального аспекта. В целом специфика региональной промышленной политики обусловлена структурными диспропорциями в региональной экономике, нерациональной структурой инвестиций, низкой эффективностью большинства промышленных предприятий, малой инновационной активностью предприятий отдельных регионов. В связи с недостаточной разработанностью подходов, типов и моделей региональной промышленной политики требуется ее дальнейшее теоретическое и методологическое уточнение, обоснование составных частей в виде нормативных документов, концепций или соответствующего федерального закона.
