Становление Международной Системы Противодействия Легализации Доходов, Получаемых Незаконным Путем, И Финансированию Терроризма

Abstract

В статье содержится анализ условий и факторов изменения объема и направлений трансграничных и внутренних финансовых потоков, что обусловливает развитие и совершенствования форм их международного контроля, в том числе предупреждающего формирование доходов преступным путем, их легализацию и многоканальное использование. Анализируются виды преступно формируемых и легализуемых доходов. Прослеживается становление и развитие международной «антиотмывочной» системы.
