Интеграция Российских Компаний В Мировую Экономику: Конвергентный Подход

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы повышения международной конкурентоспособности российских компаний в ходе интернационализации и глобализации хозяйственной жизни путем достижения нового качества трансграничного управления. Для этого необходимо формирование конвергентной управленческой инфраструктуры, которая является закономерным этапом электронной информатизации управления с выходом уровня управления базовыми информационными факторами на единый образ управленческой ситуации. В результате будет достигнуто формирование организационной основы кооперационных действий государственных органов и бизнес-структур на российских и международных рынках.
