Abstract

Статья посвящена характеристике особенностей построения сетевых отношений внутри каждого сектора социума государства и структур гражданского общества (бизнеса и некоммерческих организаций), возможным видам, последствиям и особенностям взаимодействия сетей, перспективам развития этого взаимодействия для успешного осуществления модернизации экономики России на основе реформирования властных отношений, стимулирования развития структур гражданского общества и межсекторного партнерства.
