Латинская Америка И Россия: Эволюция Взаимных Внешнеэкономических Интересов (1995—2011 Гг. )

Abstract

В статье исследуется растущий стратегический интерес со стороны России к Латинской Америке — новому центру, переживающему период динамичного роста, технологического обновления. Анализируется динамика показателей (товарооборот, объемы и товарная структура взаимной торговли), определяющих современное состояние двусторонних экономических отношений. Приведены примеры экономического сотрудничества и усиления российского присутствия в Латинской Америке. Выявлены направления изменений и проблемы внешнеэкономических связей; определены сценарии их решения, предполагающие диверсификацию товарного ассортимента в отношении высокотехнологичной продукции, а также расширение числа латиноамериканских партнеров в региональной структуре внешней торговли России.
