Особенности Развития Рынка Телекоммуникационных Услуг В Регионе Снг

Abstract

Динамика уровня проникновения фиксированной, подвижной и интернет-связи в странах СНГ свидетельствует о неоднородности развития отдельных сегментов телекоммуникационного рынка, что связано с различиями в социально-экономическом развитии стран, особенностями территориального устройства. Рынки подвижной и интернет-связи являются наиболее перспективными для операторов связи и динамично развивающимися, что обусловлено процессами либерализации. Обеспечение нормативно-правовой базы, выработка антимонопольного законодательства и обеспечение справедливого ценообразования являются ключевыми аспектами государственной политики, основными методами косвенного регулирования отрасли связи.
