Abstract

Дан обзор научной дискуссии, развернувшейся на X Международной конференции «Страны с развивающимися рынками в условиях финансово-экономического кризиса», посвященной проблемам инновационного развития в развивающихся странах и путей их решения. Анализируются выступления на пленарном заседании конференции, а также работа на секциях, приводятся основные мнения по выделенной проблеме, а также даются краткие выводы о перспективах инновационного развития в развивающихся странах в посткризисный период. Основными способами преодоления кризисных процессов, выделенных в ходе конференции, являются: институциональная трансформация, инновационные инвестиции в инфраструктурные проекты, более тесная региональная экономическая интеграция и присоединение к глобальным экономическим союзам.
