Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу поиска источника финансирования лизинга, а также использования лизинга для поддержки отечественного производителя в преддверии вступления России в ВТО. Анализируя дебаты правительства по проблеме использования денег пенсионного фонда, автор предлагает использовать средства Центрального Банка и Пенсионного фонда РФ для создания Федеральной Лизинговой компании для защиты отечественного производителя.
