Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные особенности теории и практики консолидации бизнеса в контексте актуальных проблем и процессов инновационного развития компаний. Проблема использования эффективных методов и моделей объединения высокотехнологичных компаний исследуется с позиции анализа процессов, связанных с интеграцией, концентрацией, централизацией и консолидацией бизнеса компаний. Особое внимание уделено проблеме стратегического развития наноиндустрии в России и странах СНГ. Сформулированы выводы и рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию отечественной наноиндустрии в кризисных и посткризисных условиях.
