Продовольственная Безопасность Российской Федерации В Контексте Мировых Тенденций

Abstract

Проводится анализ состояния продовольственного комплекса Российской Федерации как основного механизма, регулирующего уровень национальной продовольственной безопасности. Состояние продовольственного комплекса России оценивалось по показателям, характеризующим обеспеченность населения страны основными продуктами питания. Особое внимание уделено энергетической ценности рациона как нормативному показателю, определяющему качество питания нации. Дана оценка уровня продовольственной безопасности РФ и его соответствия требованиям Доктрины продовольственной безопасности Российской Федерации; исследована динамика развития продовольственного комплекса как фактора национальной безопасности.
