Abstract

Анализируется современный уровень и тенденции развития крупнейших компаний отрасли черной металлургии, раскрываются основные факторы и причины кризисной ситуации в металлургическом комплексе России. Констатируется наличие стратегических просчетов топ-менеджмента, приводятся рекомендации по совершенствованию корпоративных стратегий развития, контроля за реализацией стратегических планов внедрением в практику всех металлургических компаний сбалансированной системы показателей, и повышению экономической эффективности отрасли в целом.
