Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы разработки профессиональных стандартов для ключевых отраслей экономики Казахстана и их сопряжения с системой профессионального и технического образования. Проанализированы основные характеристики и преимущества создаваемой национальной квалификационной системы специалистов, которая является базисом для реформирования профессионального образования в стране. Рассмотрен метод функционального анализа как поэтапного определения и описания иерархических уровней области профессиональной деятельности. Разработка механизмов обновления и использования профессиональных стандартов будет способствовать решению задач кадровой политики и кадрового менеджмента.
