Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке и практической апробации методики ранжирования развивающихся стран Азии, Африки и Латинской Америки по признаку их приоритетности для Российской Федерации в развитии сотрудничества в космической сфере. Методика ранжирования строится на комплексном анализе множества факторов, по мнению авторов, прямо или косвенно влияющих на возможности российского экспорта и на развитие научно-технической и производственной кооперации с названными странами. Выделенные факторы объединены в восемь логических групп. Построение рейтинга стран осуществляется с помощью расчетного интегрального показателя ранжирования. В данной статье описаны методологические подходы к ранжированию стран по единому интегральному показателю.
