Abstract

Данная публикация имеет целью привлечь внимание к проблеме корректного использования информация, содержащейся в экспертных оценках. Показано, что получение и использование экспертных оценок тесно связано с положениями теории измерения. Приводятся примеры возможных недоразумений, возникающих тогда, когда не учитываются положения концепции осмысленности измерения.
