Современные Рынки Труда: Их Особенности И Классификации

Abstract

В статье систематизируются модели рынка труда, функционирующие в современной экономике, и на этой основе предлагаются подходы к классификации рынков труда. Классификация и сравнительная характеристика рынка труда разных стран может быть полезна при изучении данного экономического института с точки зрения усовершенствования рыночного механизма его действия и механизма регулирования. Главное, на что обращается внимание в статье, наличие самых различных национальных особенностей института рынка труда в различных странах мира. В реальной действительности существуют страновые, имеющие, впрочем, социально-экономическое обоснование модели рынка труда, а именно: традиционная, либеральная, социально ориентированная, транзитивная модели рынка труда.
