Abstract

Данная статья посвящена проблемам внедрения и организации бюджетного планирования на предприятиях реального сектора национальной экономики. Автор анализирует принципы бюджетного планирования и основные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются компании при его организации. Предлагаются различные варианты решения проблем по организации бюджетирования для компаний. Автор приходит к выводу, что эффективный бюджетный процесс в российских производственных компаниях может быть поставлен только после комплексного реинжиниринга.
