Abstract

В результате проведенного исследования природоохранной деятельности промышленных предприятий Новгородской области выявлено, что плата за загрязнение атмосферы не соответствует экономическому ущербу, наносимому предприятиями окружающей среде. По мере перехода региона к устойчивому развитию система платежей за загрязнение окружающей среды должна совершенствоваться. Целесообразно внести изменения в нормативы платы за выбросы загрязняющих веществ и разработать коэффициент экологической ситуации с учетом дополнительного показателя-плотности выбросов вредных веществ в атмосферу. В работе приведены значения рассчитанных дополнительных множителей к коэффициенту экологической ситуации для городов Новгородской области.
