Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы взаимосвязи экономического роста и экономического развития России. Динамика роста ВВП не всегда влияет на качественное развитие хозяйственной системы. В экономическом развитии важно не вообще производить определенный объем ВВП, а добиваться формирования эффективной хозяйственной структуры. На основе экономического анализа в работе формируется концепция о необходимости увеличения темпов экономического роста, определены приоритеты модернизации экономики, связанные с качественным переходом к новым технологиям.
