Abstract

Показано, что инновационные преобразования охватывают все виды человеческой деятельности. При этом базовым условием осуществления инвестиций в инновационное развитие экономики страны является активное вмешательство государства в создание институциональных условий для развития экономики, основанной на знаниях. Чтобы обеспечить ускоренное развитие, нужно перейти на иной уровень организации общественного производства. В связи с этим решающим становится наличие стратегии проведения комплекса институциональных изменений, направленных на создание стимулов к реализации инновационных проектов на территории России.
