Abstract

Приведена характеристика материалов о состоянии экономики нескольких субъектов Российской Федерации, дающих повод усомниться в наличии прямой связи между социальноэкономическим развитием региона и степенью развития инфокоммуникаций в нем. Авторы полагают, что эффективно работающая региональная система управления позволит получить лучшие результаты при меньших издержках. В качестве примера рассмотрены Томская область и Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ Югра.
